Covid Vaccine Proof - NHS App

NHS England have informed us that GP practices will not be providing proof of vaccination history or travel passports relating to the Covid vaccine.
Please do not contact the Practice in regards to proof of vaccination.
You can access your COVID-19 vaccination status through the free NHS App from the 17th of May.
You can access the app through mobile devices such as a smartphone or by tablet. Proof of your COVID-19 vaccination status will be shown within the NHS App.
If you want to register for the NHS App, full information on how to do so can be found at the link below. If you download the NHS App you will be taken through the set up requirements by the app. This will not require you to contact your GP Practice, but you will need photo ID such as a passport or a UK driving license.
You do not need an online account with Castle Healthcare Practice in order to access your vaccination information on the NHS App.
Please note that at the moment online booking of appointments is still suspended due to the COVID-19 pandemic.

Please note that Castle Healthcare Practice does not allow proxy access to Children's online records.
Please ensure you have signed up to a pharmacy so your prescription will go there electronically once authorised
You can now order repeat medication direct from your nominated pharmacy
